Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-16
The European AI Innovation Industry Alliance ("EAIIA", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.
1. Data controller
EAIIA, Brussels, Belgium, is the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy request, contact us at privacy@eaiia.eu.
2. What we collect
We collect data you provide directly — name, email, company and your message — when you use our AI Assistant, lead forms or newsletter sign-up. We also collect limited technical data (such as anonymised analytics) where you have consented.
3. Why we process it (legal basis)
We process your data to respond to your enquiries and match you with relevant solutions (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps), to send you our newsletter (consent), and to comply with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Sharing and transfers
We may share data with carefully selected processors (e.g. email and CRM providers) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA relies on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@eaiia.eu.
